Omnicom Group elected four directors Tuesday at its annual meeting of shareholders in New York. Leonard S. Coleman Jr., Peter Foy and Gary Roubos were re-elected, and Robert Clark, dean of Harvard University Law School, became a new member. Their new terms expire in 2005. At the same time, two longtime directors, Allen Rosenshine, worldwide chairman and CEO of BBDO, and Keith Reinhard, worldwide chairman of DDB, resigned their seats, while five others - James Cannon, Bernard Brochand, Tom Harrison, Michael Greenlees and Jean-Marie Dru - did not stand for re-election. That leaves a board with 11 members -- down from 17 last year, with just two from inside Omnicom (CEO John Wren, chairman Bruce Crawford) and the rest from outside businesses.
