REV DOOR: Publicis Kaplan Thaler President/CCO Is Leaving

Rob Feakins, President and Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler is leaving the agency, the shop has confirmed. AgencySpy broke the story late Friday afternoon. Feakins has been in the post since 2006 when he joined the agency prior to the Publicis-Kaplan Thaler merger. Previously he was with Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners. Here is the agency’s statement: “Yes, after eight terrific years at Publicis, Rob Feakins has decided it is time to move on to something new. Rob has been one of the hardest working creative leads in our business. This year alone the work he has shepherded for the agency has won over 140 creative awards. The most in our history.  We all think so highly of Rob and wish him well as he moves on to this next phase.” No word yet on a successor.
