HOLLIS THOMASES, founder and president WebAdvantage.net, has been appointed as a founding member to the Association for Interactive Marketing's Online Promotions Council. The newly formed Online Promotions Council, based in New York, was founded in March 2003 and is an independent subsidiary of The Direct Marketing Association.
