The NETWORK of City Business Journals has named GODFREY PHILLIPS Vice President of Marketing. Phillips, who joined The NETWORK in January 2003 after working for the Young & Rubicam advertising agency in New York for more than 18 years, will now manage both the company's marketing and research efforts. While at Young & Rubicam, Phillips served as Partner-Account Planning Director.
