Atlantic Media has promoted FRED KUHN to managing director of Government Executive, its monthly business magazine serving senior executives and managers in the federal government. A five-year Government Executive veteran, Kuhn previously worked as director of advertising. Prior to that, he spent six years at Federal Computer Week.
