PHILIPPE BERNARD has been named president, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Initiative. Bernard succeeds SERGIO LORCA, Initiative's chief operating officer, EMEA. Bernard was previously president, Europe, at Lowe & Partners Worldwide.
