MediaVest USA, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), is promoting three key executives to its executive leadership team. All three executives will be based in MediaVest’s New York headquarters, and will report directly to MediaVest CEO, Brian Terkelsen.

Sarah Kramer is promoted to chief operating officer, responsible for coordination of account leadership, oversight of MediaVest’s digital and data & analytics practice and other responsibilities. Kramer will also retain global oversight of the company’s Procter & Gamble business, a duty she has had since 2011.
