Starmark International has expanded its research services naming LUIZ G. DUARTE, PH.D., to the newly created position of vice president, market intelligence. Prior to joining Starmark, Duarte served as director, marketing & research within the ad sales division of Sony Pictures Television International, Miami. In this capacity, he implemented a wide range of research initiatives to better position network sales efforts throughout Latin America.
