AdLarge Taps Zamoiski As Chief Opportunity Officer

Founded in 2010, AdLarge Media, an independent audio advertising sales company representing radio, digital, and mobile content providers, has hired industry veteran John Zamoiski as chief opportunity officer.

His key priorities are to help create new content partnerships and deepen relationships with advertisers nationwide. Zamoiski, based in New York, reports to AdLarge cofounders and co-CEOs Cathy Csukas and Gary Schonfeld.

“It's great to be working with John again. We have a business relationship that goes back more than 20 years” said Gary Schonfeld, lauded Zamoiski's “keen understanding of the marketplace positions" and called him "someone who can put the right people at the right table for the right deal."

Zamoiski brings ample experience to this newly created position. Zamoiski has founded and sold three agencies over a career that has spanned more than 30 years. Most recently, Zamoiski sold his award-winning agency Bottlerocket Marketing Group to Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s Brand Connections in 2012, where he continued for two years as chairman and CEO of the subsidiary while serving as executive vice president of client innovation for the parent company.

Previously, he was chair of the Brand Activation Association, founding chairman of the Agency Council of The Cable Television Association for Marketing (CTAM) and inducted into the prestigious Cable Pioneers — the only member who never worked for a cable company. His extensive background includes sales, management and marketing for clients such as NBC, Toys-R-Us, Ameriprise Financial, The Weather Channel and AT&T.

Zamoiski stated that he was excited to "redefine the engagement models in this new audio media landscape." He has long ties with AdLarge's founders, originally serving as an investor.

AdLarge Media has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Detroit.
