XU ZHONGMIN: Sun Media Group Holdings Ltd.

Sun Media Group Holdings Ltd. said Monday it has appointed XU ZHONGMIN, an executive director of the company, as Chief Operating Officer. He replaces Chen Xiaotao, former President and Chief Operating Officer, who resigned Nov. 26. Chen remains an executive director.
