Rapp Bolsters Senior Management Team

In a bid to strengthen its senior management team, UK-based Rapp, part Omnicom, has promoted one of its rapidly rising stars and poached two other executives from rival shops.

The agency has promoted Paul Holman to Managing Partner to lead growth across all Rapp Media’s clients. This elevation reflects his quick ascension since rejoining the agency in 2009 as a Business Director. Last year, Holman was promoted to the Rapp UK Executive Board, comprised of top managers of all three businesses: media, creative, and data.

“Paul’s promotion to managing partner recognizes his leadership in the growth of some of our major clients in media and across the wider UK business," says Ian Maynard, managing director of Rapp Media. "His vision for driving further collaboration with our creative and data agencies is delivering against the client need to work with a partner that has all three disciplines aligned.”

In addition, Suzanne Vestey has joined the agency as Business Director to lead a number of key clients and drive integration across the UK business. Previously Vestey was with Publicis Groupe’s ZenithOptimedia, where she was client planning director. 

Also Jonathan Fink joins the agency as Head of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Fink will be responsible for leading the agency’s SEO activity across all clients in the UK and globally. Fink joins from Razorfish, also part of Publicis Groupe, where he was a Senior SEO Strategist, devising innovative techniques and adapting the latest technologies for its SEO offering.  He will report Rapp's head of digital, Sharon Braude.
