Kang & Lee Advertising, a multicultural marketing consulting and communications agency specializing in reaching Asian Americans, announced four promotions: LARRY MOSKOWITZ was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Services / New Business, VALENTIN POLYAKOV and JULIA CHEN were appointed Media Supervisors, and DAPHNE HUANG was named Account Executive. Formerly Director of Strategic Services, Moskowitz will help to ensure that the agency's creative output reflects the ever-changing dynamics of consumer perceptions and competitive activities. Polyakov and Chen were both formerly Senior Media Planners.
