Code and Theory hired Chris Hayes as partner and global chief marketing officer. Hayes joins Code and Theory from Critical Mass, where he served as chief marketing officer. For the past 20 years, he
has led new business and marketing initiatives for agencies like Huge, Young & Rubicam and Euro RSCG 4D, the digital arm of Havas' Euro RSCG. "Chris will play a critical role in our plan to grow
and scale the company on a global level," said Code and Theory co-founder Brandon Ralph. "He has an incredible track record in building businesses in the U.S. and abroad, and we're happy to have him
on board as we take the company to the next level." Hayes will work out of Code and Theory's New York City office.
