Agency.com has promoted DON SCALES to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Scales has been with the marketing firm since February 2001, most recently as CEO of the company's North American operations, which includes offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco. Scales first joined Agency.com as Southwest Regional President, managing the Dallas office. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at eJiva, a division of Igate Capital.
