Overture Services announced the election of FRANK BIONDI to its board of directors. Biondi is currently senior managing director of WaterView Advisors. Biondi was chief executive officer of Universal Studios from 1996 to 1998. During his tenure there, he served on the board of directors of Universal's parent, The Seagram Company Ltd., as well as the board of USA Networks
