Big Spaceship To Teach Industry Interns About Analytics-Social Media Ties

Last year, digital shop Big Spaceship teamed with the 4A's Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) to launch an inaugural series focusing on data and analytics.

Now, Big Spaceship and MAIP are expanding the program for its second year to show how analytics and social listening feed other disciplines at an agency, like communication strategy development, creative optimization, and community management.

Starting May 7 and running through July, the agency will present a series that consists of two online webinars focused on data literacy and social listening, and four specialized, in-person seminars hosted at Big Spaceship’s office in Brooklyn, New York.

All of the seminars -- led by different members of the agency’s analytics team -- will address broad questions and topics that affect data strategists and analysts, such as how to extrapolate strategic insight from data, content analytics for creative optimization, and data strategy and measurement planning.
