SapientNitro's The Community Raids Ogilvy For Senior Talent

Three veteran creative executives are leaving Ogilvy & Mather to join SapientNitro's multicultural shop the community. Tomas Duhalde and Guilherme Nóbrega both join the agency as Senior Art Directors, while Frederico Nicolas Díaz joins as a Senior Copywriter. They will report directly to Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Joaquín Mollá and work on a variety of the Miami-based agency’s largest clients, including Corona and Modelo. 

Duhalde formerly worked at Ogilvy & Mather, Buenos Aires where he handled creative for brands including P&G, Schnieder, Huggies, and Playboy. Nicholas Diaz also worked at Ogilvy & Mather Buenos Aires having worked for brands like Reebok, Schneider, Huggies, AMIA, Fibertel and Cablevision.

Nóbrega previously worked on accounts including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Apple, Burger King, and Dove at Ogilvy's London office.

Collectively, the trio has garnered 17 Cannes Lions awards, as well as awards from organizations such as the One Club, Clios, Effies and D&AD.

The new hires come as the agency formerly known as La Comunidad continues to beef up its talent pool to support its new business growth, which includes being named digital agency of record for Beam Suntory’s tequila portfolio at the end of April.
