The Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) announced that ELISSA MATULIS MYERS has stepped down as President and CEO of the organization. The ERA Board of Directors has promoted BARBARA TULIPANE to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Tulipane has served ERA as Executive Vice President since 2000.
