Carat Interactive has appointed JIM NICHOLS to the position of VP Communications Planning. This newly developed practice aims to help clients devise and implement more effective online marketing programs. Nichols will oversee the strategic direction of Communication Planning services for Carat Interactive, developing strategic and tactical plans that help clients improve the effectiveness of their marketing programs. Previously, Nichols was the Director of Strategic Planning at the agency.
