Deutsch Inc. has hired five new employees across various agency departments.
DEBORAH MEISSNER (left) has joined the company as Vice President, Account Director, and previously worked at Foote, Cone & Belding in New York, where she had developed multiple eCRM programs as well as digital and direct marketing components for Samsung, Clairol and Cablevision. STEPHEN MURPHY has been named Vice President, Customer and Data Strategy, and is focusing on Deutsch clients like Burger King, MCI, Novartis and Starwood Hotels. Murphy was most recently Director of Database Marketing at Modem Media where he was responsible for tracking and analyzing online programs for clients such as Delta Air Lines and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. JENNIFER RYAN was appointed Vice President, Account Director and will work on the Novartis account at Deutsch. Ryan came to Deutsch from Grey Worldwide, where she was Vice President, Management Supervisor. MICHELLE SANDERS (right) was named Vice President, Account Director, and joins the MCI team at Deutsch. Most recently, Sanders served as Partner, Account Director at J. Walter Thompson, and was in charge with overseeing strategic communications development for Lysol. Lastly, TASHA SPACE was named Vice President, Account Planning and will work on Snapple and Novartis accounts. Space was formerly Vice President, Strategic Services at BBDO where she designed creative briefs for clients such as The Campbell Soup Company, HBO, MasterFoods and Pharmacia.
