Salon Media Group announced the appointment of GEORGE HIRSCH to its Board of Directors. Hirsch replaces BRIAN DOUGHERTY. Hirsch, a magazine publisher for thirty-four years, is currently Worldwide Publisher Emeritus of Runner's World magazine at Rodale Inc.
