Draft has hired LISA PENELTON as senior vice president of analytic services, where she will focus on integrating data, statistical modeling, and economic analysis into the marketing process for the company. Penelton returns to Draft after more than a year at GreySTAR, where she directed data strategy for BellSouth, Xerox and United Airlines since 2002. Prior to GreySTAR, Penelton was VP, director of analytic services at Draft from 1998 until 2002.
