Starcom MediaVest Group's (SMG) multicultural division Tapestry has named L. RENEE RICHARDSON director of African American markets. She is a 15-year media veteran who has worked for Starcom and Starlink, both divisions of SMG. Richardson will educate and promote the power of the African American marketplace and assist with new business development.
