DEBBIE SKLAR: Horizon Media

Horizon Media announced that DEBBIE SKLAR has joined the firm as a group planning supervisor, heading up one of the two planning department groups in New York. ERIC RABEI has also joined the agency as a media planner. Sklar, who will oversee the agency’s Ace Hardware, A&E, David’s Bridal, Golden Corral, and Mutual of Omaha accounts, joins Horizon from Media Partnership where she was the planning director. At Media Partnership, Sklar supervised the media-planning department on accounts such as Meineke Car Care Centers, Office Max, and Bloomingdales. Rabei previously worked at Mediaedge:cia in New York where he was a media planner on the Colgate Palmolive account. Prior to Mediaedge, Rabei was an assistant media planner at the Media Planning Group working on the Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKine, and Novartis accounts.
