REVOLVING DOOR: Jim Garofalo Joins MKTG INC As VP, Client Services

MKTG INC, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, hired Jim Garofalo as a vice president of client services based in Chicago. Garofalo joins the agency from PepsiCo's Gatorade unit where he was the director of marketing -- global sports services for more than ten years. While there, he lead the team that focused on implementing a global marketing strategy for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute, Sports and Sports Science Influencers that connected athletes, teams, leagues and sports performance professionals with Gatorade's science and product portfolio. At MKTG INC, he will be tasked with day-to-day management of several agency clients including DICK'S Sporting Goods and Gatorade. "Jim's track record of building and managing successful partnerships for brands, teams and leagues in the US and abroad, as well as his understanding of sponsorship made him the perfect fit for our agency's continual evolution and growth," said Charlie Horsey, CEO of MKTG.
