Craig Forman has joined video ad tech firm YuMe’s board of directors, the company has announced. Forman has previously held roles at TheWall Street Journal, EarthLink, Yahoo, Time Warner, among others.

He is also currently on the board of directors at Canada’s Yellow Pages, The McClatchy Company, Digital Turbine and Storm8.

Forman joins as David Weiden, partner at Khosla Ventures, and Ping Li, general partner at Accel Partners, have resigned from YuMe’s board. Li joined as a board member in 2006, while Weiden joined in 2009. Their reasons for departure were not disclosed.
