Rainbow Media Holdings has named GLENN OAKLEY as senior vice president, new business development. He joins the company from Showtime Networks. Additionally, ROB BATTLES has been named senior vice president, creative services. Battles will be charged with the overall conception, development and implementation for advertising, branding and promotion of Rainbow’s businesses. Lastly, GREG MOYER and NORA RYAN were named co-general managers of VOOM.
