White Horse, an interactive marketing agency based in Portland, Ore., has opened a new office in Chicago.
TONY BAGDY, who most recently was director of marketing for DigitalWork in
Chicago, will be responsible for the office's daily operations, business development, and strategic growth, and will serve as lead account strategist in the region.
