TROY RUHANEN has joined
BBDO North America as executive vice president and managing director, a new position. Ruhanen will lead the Cingular Wireless
account. Most recently, Ruhanen was executive vice president and managing director at Leo Burnett Worldwide where he also ran Burnett’s agency in Sydney, Australia.
