Horizon Media as senior vice president, director of local broadcast in New York. McMahon replaces
LOURDES MARQUEZ, who moved to Orlando to
launch Horizon’s new office. The agency also promoted
ERIC BLANKFEIN to senior vice president, director of communication channel planning from vice president, director of media planning.
