KURT A. JOHNSON as chief executive officer. He succeeds
DAVE GROSS, Fastclick’s co-founder, who will take on the role of president and chief operating
officer. Also at the company,
JAMES AVIANI was named chief technology officer. Aviani will be responsible for the supervision of the company's future technology direction, the execution of
product development initiatives, and the ongoing expansion of Fastclick’s products and services.
