At Deutsch New York, SOPHIA SOUSSAN has joined the agency as senior vice president, customer and data strategy; and KWONG SAI has joined as vice president, customer and data strategy. In addition, STEPHEN MURPHY has been elevated from vice president, customer and data strategy to senior vice president, customer and data strategy. Soussan was most recently vice president, customer acquisition and retention at Register.com; Kwong had most recently been director of consumer insights at Avenue A; and Murphy joined Deutsch in 2003 and had previously been director of database marketing at Modem Media where he was responsible for tracking and analyzing online programs for clients such as Delta Air Lines and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
