ROBERT TROUTBECK: The Audit Bureau of Circulations'

The Audit Bureau of Circulations' board of directors has voted unanimously to elect ROBERT TROUTBECK, president of Troutbeck Chernoff in Toronto, Ontario, to succeed retiring chairman MICHAEL BROWNER. Troutbeck will serve the remainder of Browner's one-year term and become eligible for re-election at the November 2004 board meeting.
