Wyse Technology appointed industry veteran MAX TOY as chief operating officer. Toy began his career at IBM, where he established the successful Independent Dealer Channel program for the newly launched IBM Personal Computer and was then recruited by Compaq Computer Corporation to build its sales and marketing organization. Most recently, Toy was president of Wyse’s software subsidiary, Rapport Technologies.
