NED NEWHOUSE has been named chief operating officer of the
Cyber Financial Network. Newhouse joins CFN from Bankrate, where he held the position of chief revenue officer from 2000 to
2004. Previously, Newhouse was employed at 24/7 Media, where he was a founding member and held the position of vice president and director of sales.
