SKYLIST, a self-service e-mail service provider, has named
RICK WESTERVELT as president. Westervelt will be charged with overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic business
direction. Westervelt joins SKYLIST from JPS Corporation, a Dallas-based manufacturing company.
