Four out of five of President Obama’s largest individual donors from 2012 have not yet donated any money to Democratic candidates. Some donors said that Hillary Clinton hadn’t yet
motivated them to donate to her campaign. Donors also mentioned the increased role of Super-PACs and that the individual limit of $5,400 just doesn’t make that much of a difference any more.
