Yahoo! has been going Hollywood for some time, and now it's setting up shop, albeit down the road in Santa Monica. The online portal, headed by former Warner Bros. Chief Terry Semel, Wednesday
announced plans to lease part of the Colorado Center, a Santa Monica office complex, for as much as $100 million--marking one of the largest commercial real estate deals in Los Angeles County in the
last year. Yahoo! will lease as much as 256,000 square feet in the arena, soon to be known as Yahoo! Center.
