First New Hampshire Results Shows A Bernie Lead And 3-Way GOP Tie

With a few New Hampshire towns allowed to vote at midnight, the first results show a very tight race on the GOP side, and the expected Bernie Sanders lead for the Democrats. Residents in the tiny towns of Dixville Notch, Millsfield and Hart’s Location have the honor of casting the first primary ballots of the 2016 election. Sanders received 17 votes to Clinton’s nine. On the GOP side, Ted Cruz, Donald Trump and John Kasich each got nine votes.
