Initiative North America Thursday named Mike Tunnicliffe chief strategic officer, establishing a new high-level strategy component to its organization. Tunnicliffe, who reports to Initiative Worldwide
CEO Alec Gerster, had been an executive vice president in Initiative's London office. Tunnicliffe will work closely with Initiative North America President-COO Carolyn Bivens on the development of the
agency's strategy and will play a key role in building Initiative's communication planning capabilities. --
