DoubleClick Announces New Partnership To Beef Up DARTMail

DoubleClick announced Friday a partnership with Narragansett Technologies to enhance its DARTMail service to provide online survey results in real-time, aiming to help clients focus their marketing programs and allow them to react to customer responses faster using Web- and e-mail-based surveys.

DoubleClick will be employing Narragansett's e-mail- and Web-based survey application, SensorPro. Among the data that SensorPro collects on its survey campaigns are the number of e-mails in a survey, the number of e-mails opened, the number of impressions, click-through rates, bounce back rates, and opt-outs.
