'Marie Claire,' 'Golfweek' Appoint New Associate Publishers

Marie Claire and Golfweek named new associate publishers this week.

Stacy Bettman was named associate publisher of advertising at Marie Claire. Bettman previously had the same role at Allure.

This new position marks Bettman’s return to Hearst; she was formerly the associate publisher of Seventeen from 2004 to 2010. Bettman begins her new role on March 28.

On Thursday, Golfweek promoted Henry Robinson, the current East Coast advertising director, to the position of associate publisher. The promotion is effective immediately.

As associate publisher, Robinson will oversee national advertising sales and “focus on creating a consultative sales organization designed to provide targeted marketing programs and dynamic advertising solutions for a wide array of clients,” according to a statement.

Robinson has been with Golfweek’s parent company Turnstile Media Group for 16 years, holding a variety of positions including Golfweek's director of special products and publisher of the former Golf & Travel magazine.

"Since becoming publisher last October, I've found Henry's dedication and assistance invaluable," stated Golfweek group publisher Alex Miceli.

Miceli added that Robinson’s knowledge of the brand and experience in media sales will help “take Golfweek to the next level."
