Dole Knew Of Listeria; Feds Launch Criminal Investigation
According to the FDA’s inspection reports, Dole did swab tests of surfaces in the Springfield, Ohio, plant in July 2014. The tests returned positive results for Listeria, but the facility kept producing salads, shipping them to dozens of states.
