Subaru Canada wants to help the estimated 85%
of people who have only seen a handful of the brightest stars because they reside in urban areas. Developed with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, #SubaruDarkSky encourages Canadians to leave
the house, drive to a remote location and look up to see breathtaking constellations. An appropriate campaign for Subaru, since its logo is the Pleiades cluster. The campaign begins with an online
video of a family that heads outside the city in their Subaru Outback to stargaze.
See it here. The campaign will be heavily promoted on
Subaru Canada's
Facebook and
Instagram pages. For astronomy newbies, check out
SubaruDarkSky.ca, which is chock-full of ways to begin constellation exploration.
Red Urban created the campaign.
