Bravo, a U.S. Hispanic integrated communications agency, has named KATHY WHITLOCK as vice president, managing director and promoted NILDA VELEZ and JOSÉ E. ARANDIA to vice president, managing directors. Whitlock will oversee the Sears and Cingular accounts. Whitlock joins Bravo from Warner Bros. Movieworld Madrid, where she was director of sales and marketing.
