CHRISTOPHER FOLLETT has been named executive creative director for the Pacific offices (San Francisco and Los Angeles) of Avenue A | Razorfish. Follett will oversee a team of more than 40; His new main focus is developing Rich Internet Applications. He was previously head of creative services for Divine.
