Yahoo! Challenges French Order In Federal Court

The full Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard argument Thursday about whether a French court's order banning Yahoo! from auctioning Nazi-related memorabilia was valid in the United States. Yahoo! removed the Nazi paraphernalia from its French site after the order was issued, but maintains that the order is unconstitutional in the United States. "Yahoo! needs the assurance that this order is not enforceable in the U.S.," Yahoo!'s attorney argued Thursday, according to a Reuters report
