Genesis Media Partners With GateHouse Media To Optimize Video Ad Serving

Genesis Media, a real-time analytics platform, announced on Wednesday an outstream video advertising collaboration with GateHouse Media, which will be applied across GateHouse Media’s 217 digital news sites.

Through the partnership, Genesis Media will offer intelligence and attention metrics to GateHouse properties. Genesis uses its Page Attention Rank (PAR) analytics solution to apply attention scores to online content based on real-time consumer data.

The relationship will give political advertisers the opportunity to access new private marketplaces, with a particular focus on serving ads in swing states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and Colorado.

“This alliance creates a massive advantage for advertisers during crucial moments in time -- like the election season -- where historically there has been a shortage of premium inventory in key local markets, making it difficult to reach users online in key battleground states,” stated Mark Yackanich, CEO, Genesis Media.
