Arnold Worldwide named James Bray as executive vice president, executive creative director. Bray will lead creative strategy and execution for the agency's Carnival Cruise Line account. He will be
based in Boston and report to Jim Elliott, global chief creative officer. Bray joins the agency from M&C Saatchi LA, where he spent six years as executive creative director, working on clients
including Reebok, Vizio, Epson, San Diego Zoo, Alibaba, FX and Oakley. Prior to that, he was an associate creative director, copywriter at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, working on NBA, Netflix,
Adobe and Sprint. Before that, he was a writer at Fallon, producing creative for Holiday Inn, Citibank and BMW.
