Giant Spoon hired Sammi Han as social strategist and David Jacobsen as senior strategist.

Han will work on the HP account in the agency's L.A. office, reporting to Will Thompson, associate director, social. She previously worked at Com2us, handling the social media and community management for Summoners War, a mobile game.

Jacobsen will work on the GE account, reporting to Laura Correnti, executive vice president, managing director, media and operating out of the agency's New York office. Most recently, Jacobsen was a senior account executive and producer at GREY Group. While there, he worked on the National Park Service's "Find Your Park" campaign and projects for HSBC Trade and Canon.
